Love the Downspout Cleanout with Leaf filters. Easy to install and keeps drain lines clean.
I purchased (5) of the French Drain Man Downspout Cleanouts with Leaf Filter and am very happy with the product! They are well designed, well manufactured, and look nice on our house. After three months of use I am very happy with the performance. They do a great job of filtering leaves without affecting water flow, and have no external splashing. I will be ordering additional filters for all of the downspouts on our house.

They have everything I needed to really do my downspout drainage right. With the downspout cleanouts, catch basin and excellent pop-up emitter I can now handle Florida's summer thunderstorms and get the water far away from the house. Excellent training videos to help a DIYer.
The leaf filter arrived on time and looks very nice and solid. The opening is slightly larger than the 2x3 downspout pipe making it easy to fit. The bonus pipe joint is very pretty and versatile allowing corrugated to PVC pipe so that I don’t need additional joint. Compared to big box and local landscape supplies, the French drain man products are just much much better. Really hope there is a distribution center in California to give people access to the well designed and built storm drain pipes.
I'm glad I found out about the French Drain man! I will be using his downspout leaf filters and pop-up emitters in every install from now on.
Recently purchased the downspout leaf clean out. Was very easy to install and anticipate it making cleaning out downspouts and storm drains much easier.
Bought some Downspout Cleanout with Leaf Filters from this company and they are super high quality, much better than the cheapo ones you find at lowes/homedepot.
We finally installed the downspout cleanout and leaf filter, and it looks and works great! It is so much more substantial than the big box store versions. We are ordering another for use on another downspout.
FDM provides the best pipe and drainage systems out there. I have peace of mind install installing the systems because I know the pipe will last forever the leaf filter and catch basin will keep it running clean for many years. It is already helping with the bugs in my basement and will probably help reduce mold too. They are very responsive to questions and concerns on their YouTube channel as well.
