Excellent product! I installed exactly how Robert Sherwood showed in so many videos. Shortly after installation we got heavy rain in Reno and this product worked perfectly!
However, I used several NDS components and solid triple wall hdpe pipe rather than FDM components and pipe due to shipping prices….
It would be great if FDM could find local suppliers in northern Nevada to carry the entire product line (Western Nevada Supply, or Ferguson)

We purchased 3 premium PRO kits for buried downspouts and installed in the back yard. It took us approximately 3 hours to complete with digging the trench being the most work. We watched the video prior and it was very helpful, made the DIY project much easier - thank you. I would certainly recommend.
I bought three standard (for 2x3 gutters) Downspout Cleanout and Leaf Filter units, plus three 4" catch basins plus fittings to adapt to thin wall SDR pipe, and everything worked out great and was of very high quality and well designed. The photos are two of the clean out/filter units.
I had the catch basin positioned just before a Flo Well dry well, with a pop up emitter on top of the catch basin so it would overflow if the dry well got completely full.
One tip that I found, was to use the SDR pipe with the large built in coupling bell end at the top so the height of the NDS pop up emitter could be easily adjusted.

I had a wonderful experience with Aaron at French Drain Man. After viewing almost all of FDM videos, I was convinced that their yard drainage products/system was right for me. I consulted Aaron(FDM consultant), and he answered all my questions. The whole process from consultation to ordering their products was smooth and fast. Robert Sherwood is super down-to-earth and very transparent in his videos -especially for the DIYer. Highly recommended!
These products are excellent. I used both 3 and 4 inch solid pipe for my downspout system--the leaf catchers on each downspout (excellent product) pop-up emitters with turf restricters and catch basins with turf restricters. The tape they have is great too. The ordering process was simple and they even commented on my design. Shipped right to my house. Everything was perfect. My yard still needs a French Drain system installed and I will be using French Drain Man products for that job too. I have a video of the job but its too large but I'll keep trying to get it posted. It was a big job--about 200 feet of system.
The French Drain Man team was very helpful with their assistance and product selection for components to upgrade my driveway installation with the integration of the Leaf Filter products and other fittings. Now, my gutters and sump pump output flows beneath my new driveway to the front curbs. The Quick delivery was amazing.
