Open French Drain
If you have a home and or outbuilding, commercial building without gutters, you’re going to want to do an open French drain around the base of that building. As the sheet water comes off that building, you want it to fall and crash on some cobble. I like an inch, and a half-inch and three quarters I’ve been getting, it’s nice, about egg shape.
This is an open French drain system around the entire structure. We’re going to catch all the water, and we’re going to discharge it into a low-lying area. That is the right way to handle water coming off a structure that does not have any gutters. All right, everybody, until the next video.
