- 4 in. x 12 in. Dual Wall Riser for Clean Out

Black is recommended in the Northern Climates because the sun’s radiant energy heats the black vented Cleanout during the winter to help cope with freeze ups. It doesn’t prevent freezing. It helps with the thawing process of frozen downspouts.
